What is a maintenance window

A maintenance window is a scheduled time block when Opsflw performs planned platform or application changes, such as upgrades, configuration updates, and security patching.

Maintenance windows are used in Opsflw day-2 operations to keep change rollout predictable and auditable.

Why maintenance windows are used

  • Reduce operational risk during upgrades and patching.
  • Coordinate monitoring and rollback readiness across platform components.
  • Keep service-impact communication consistent for customers.

What users should do

  1. Review the maintenance notice and expected impact.
  2. Avoid high-risk production changes during the window.
  3. Validate your critical workflows after completion.
  4. Report any regression through the support portal.

For urgent incidents during or after a maintenance window, submit a ticket with the highest appropriate severity and include clear business impact.
