Password and secrets management
Opsflw Connect uses managed secret handling practices for credentials and other sensitive values.
KeyVault-based secret storage
Sensitive values are stored and protected in Azure Key Vault-based secret management services. Secrets are not intended to be shared through email, chat, or ad-hoc documents.
End-user guidance
- Never hardcode passwords or tokens in scripts or tickets
- Use approved secret workflows for credential requests or rotation
- Limit credential sharing to authorized users only
- Report suspected credential exposure immediately through support
Rotation and lifecycle
Credential and secret lifecycle activities, including rotation and replacement, are handled through controlled operational processes.
If your team needs credential-related changes, submit a support request with business context and required timeline.
