Opsflw Connect on Azure Cloud

Opsflw Connect on Azure Cloud is delivered as a managed application service. From an end-user perspective, Opsflw provisions and operates the core platform foundation so your teams can focus on using the service, not building it.

What a managed application means

A managed application means Opsflw is responsible for deploying, operating, and maintaining the platform components required to run the service.

You consume the service through approved access channels and support workflows.

What end users get access to

End users and customer administrators receive access to:

  • The managed application experience and service endpoints
  • Operational status and planned maintenance communications
  • Support request and incident reporting channels
  • Role-based access aligned with organizational permissions

What Opsflw manages for you

Opsflw deploys and maintains the Azure platform foundation, including:

  • AKS-based runtime environment
  • Required supporting infrastructure for secure and reliable operations
  • Platform updates, lifecycle operations, and service health monitoring

Implementation details are intentionally abstracted from end-user workflows.
