Backup Playbook

Opsflow stores configuration data in the control plane and artifacts in S3-compatible storage.

Nightly Backup Routine

1. Trigger the opsflow-backup workflow in the customer portal.
2. Verify the job status under Operations ▸ Jobs.
3. Confirm that the artifact landed in the designated bucket.

Restore Checklist

• Identify the backup timestamp that matches the incident window.
• Run the restore job with the backup ID:

opsflowctl restore --backup-id <timestamp>

• Validate restored pipelines in the staging environment before promoting back to production.
